PURPOSE: A differential wavelength light transmitter-receiver is provided to reduce the manufacturing process by integrally forming a laser diode, a photo diode and a wavelength selective mirror in one substrate. CONSTITUTION: The first diode area(320) has a semiconductor section to be connected with an optical fiber, the first signal channel having a predetermined size band gap for detecting and oscillating the received light signal, and upper and lower electrodes(314,318). A wavelength selective mirror(312) is extended from the output side of the first signal channel. The second diode area(322) detects and oscillates the light signal penetrating the wavelength selective mirror, has the second signal channel having a band gap smaller than that of the first signal channel, and a upper electrode(316) and a lower electrode(318) extended from the lower electrode(318). |
