PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically release a coin being caught while continuing the rotation of a rotary panel 13 even when the coin is caught between a gate means 21 and the rotary panel 13. SOLUTION: The gate part 22 of the gate means 21 is arranged along the rotating direction of the rotary panel 13 on the rotary panel 13 in a gate area 19 and spreading distance from the center of the rotary panel toward the downstream side of the rotating direction of the rotary panel 13, supported on the upper surface of the rotary panel 13 movably, and energized downward by an energizing means 33. When a coin is caught between the gate part 22 and the rotary panel 13, the gate part 22 rises against the energizing means 33. The coin, which receives a rotational power in contact with the rotary panel 13, is moved together with the rotary panel 13 or along with the gate part 22 and fed to the downstream side of the gate part 2. The coin in contact with the gate part 22 is made stay on the rotary panel 13 by regulating the movement thereof. Therefore, the coin being caught can be automatically released while continuing the rotation of the rotary panel 13 and the paying-out efficiency of coins can be improved.
