PURPOSE: An automatic water spray device is provided to improve working environment by reducing flying dust using the water sprayed. CONSTITUTION: An automatic water spray device comprises an operating rod(122) having a round locking portion(126); a connecting bar(120) having a locking ledge(124) locked with the locking portion; a plunger(112) connected with the end portion of the connecting bar; a plunger cylinder(110) exposed to the outside of a cylinder(10) through a gas chamber(14) and fixed by thread connection; a spray nozzle conically placed along the outer face of a chisel operated by a hammer(12); and flexible connecting tubes connected to inlet and outlet(130,140) formed on the plunger cylinder and connected to a water tank and the spray nozzle. The water sprayed from the spray nozzle is sprayed in a high pressure.
