摘要 PURPOSE: An illuminating device having an aspheric elliptical reflecting mirror and a spherical lens is provided to minimize light loss, and to improve performance of an optical engine by forming parallel rays and reducing the size of a beam. CONSTITUTION: An illuminating apparatus is composed of a power supply unit(1), an aspheric elliptical reflector(31), a light source(3) and an aspheric concave lens(32). The power supply unit supplies current and voltage to irradiate the light from the light source placed on a first focus of the aspheric elliptical reflector. The rays are projected parallel, and refracted in the aspheric lens. The beams are reflected with the elliptical reflector, and concentrated on the focal part without spreading. The beam of light is paralleled with the reflecting mirror and the aspheric lens in placing the light source on the focus. The size of the beam is reduced with using the aspheric elliptical reflector and the aspheric lens. Light loss and performance lowering of the optical engine are prevented with reducing the bundle of rays and forming parallel rays.
