[PROBLEMS] To prevent adhesion of condensed water drops and dust to a light transmission window, a light emitting element, and a reception element or generation of stray light at an optical path portion by using a simple configuration. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An optical measurement device includes a light emitting element (4) and a light reception element (8) outside a measurement cell (2) having a light transmission window (13). An optical element support member (38) having a cylindrical sleeve (46) at the optical path portion is mounted outside the light transmission window (13) of the light emitting side and the light reception side. The light emitting element (4) and the light reception element (8) are mounted in the sleeve (46).
