An apparatus for coating the inside of a pipe for a small pipe is provided to improve productivity due to the convenience of painting work by mounting the guide ring on the internal diameter of the pipe and pulling the paint injecting hose. An apparatus for coating the inside of a pipe for a small pipe comprises a guide bar(10) working as a connection shaft of parts; more than two guide rings(20) mounted on the outer surface of the guide bar; an auxiliary ring(30) installed between the guide rings to keep the gap of the guide rings; a fixing nut restricting the guide and auxiliary rings; an injection nozzle(50) connected to one side of the guide bar; a valve connector(60) connected to the other side of the guide bar; a ball valve(70) placed at the rear end of the other side of the valve connector to forcibly control the supply of the paint; and a hose connector(80) installed at the rear end of the other side of the ball valve.
