PURPOSE:To enable installation of a heat exchanger without reducing floor area used for an office or the like by a method wherein a total enthalpy exchanger casing is used as a partition wall which partitions between a room and a corridor, and the inside of the full-heat exchanger casing is used as a housing part for instruments of a heat exchanger so that a heat exchanger room is not needed. CONSTITUTION:A casing inner wall plate 62 which forms an inner wall of a partition wall for partitioning a room and a common corridor and a casing outer wall plate 63 which forms an outer wall of the partition wall are provided, and a total enthalpy heat exchanger casing 61 is provided, in which a space between the casing inner wall plate 62 and the casing outer wall plate 63 is used as a housing part for instruments. The total enthalpy heat exchanger 61 is formed of a vibration-prohibiting steel plate which consists of metal plates and resin sandwiched between them, and designed to be installed as a partition wall between a flooring surface and a ceiling surface between the room and the common corridor. Further, within the total enthalpy heat exchanger casing 61, an automatic controller which controls respective instruments of a total enthalpy heat exchanger 76 is provided. |
