The device (1) has two parts (3, 5) provided with magnetic elements (7, 9). The parts against a clean glass (11) held by the magnetic elements are formed by magnets that attract each other. The part (3) is equipped with a suction cup (13). The suction cup against the glass is drawn so that the suction cup does not suck against the glass. The magnetic element (7) is on outside of a central section (15) of the suction cup. The magnetic element (9) is on inside of the central section of the suction cup. The cup is made of elastic material.
