INK JET PRINTER HEAD AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

An inkjet printer head is provided to improve print quality by uniforming the size of emitted ink drop by forming a hydrophobic single-layer film into uniform thickness at a nozzle. An inkjet printer head comprises: a flow path in which ink flows; a nozzle(120) which is connected to the flow path and in which the ink is discharged to outside; a substrate in which the flow path and the nozzle are formed; and a hydrophobic single-layer film(150) formed in the substrate surface in which the end of nozzle is exposed. The hydrophobic single-layer film is made of PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane) as a main component.
