PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source unit for a refrigerator capable of improving a heat exchanging efficiency.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit comprises a refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchanger and a refrigerant-air heat exchanger. A casing has a blowing-out port at its upper part for blowing out air. The refrigerant-air heat exchanger is arranged along a side surface of the casing to perform a heat exchanging operation between refrigerant flowing in it and air. The refrigerant-air heat exchanger has the first part and the second part opposing against the first part so as to enclose at least a part of the refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchanger 5. More than 90% of all volume of the refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchanger 5 is arranged at the upper part of the casing and as seen from its top plan view, distances L[L1, L2, L3] from the inner surface of the refrigerant-air heat exchanger to the refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchanger are more than 8% of a distance LA between the inner surface of the first part and the inner surface of the second part of the refrigerant-air heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
