The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating cutting oil for reuse. An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for separating cutting oil for reuse, which is capable of efficiently separating used cutting oil by using a simple structure. For this purpose, an apparatus for separating cutting oil for reuse according to the present invention comprises: a gravity separation tank which includes an upper opening configured to receive processing-target cutting oil and a lateral partition configured to extend from one side wall in a lateral direction by a predetermined length and partially separate an upper region and a lower region; inclined flow paths which are disposed in an upper side of the gravity separation tank, and guide the processing-target cutting oil so that the processing-target cutting oil falls toward an upper surface of the lateral partition via the upper opening; and a cutting oil reception part which communicates with the lower region, and receives cutting oil, having high gravity and selected from the processing-target cutting oil, from the gravity separation tank.
