FLUSHING METHOD AND DEVICE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flushing method and a device of the same where contamination due to the shaft seal part of blades is omitted when a water-containing cake containing an organic pigment and an oil varnish are kneaded and flushing is performed, the method and device being suitable for the production of a coloring agent at a small lot size.SOLUTION: A tank 4 is positioned at the lower part of an agitation head 3 and three twisted frame type agitation blades 9 are disposed so as to revolute and rotate within the tank. Drain valves 13 are disposed at the intermediate side surface and bottom side surface of the tank so that water deposited within the tank when kneading a treatment material can be drained. A seal hood 18 for sealing the inside of the tank in a reduced pressure is disposed at the upper part of the tank. Water droplets are not fallen into the tank since a band heater is disposed at the outer periphery of the seal hood so as to prevent a gas from condensation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
