PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by setting a hydraulic pump controlling means for directing the output of signal corresponding to a desired discharge quantity according to engine rotational-frequency setting signal, to a discharge quantity controlling means. CONSTITUTION:When for example, an engine maximum rotational-frequency is set by an engine rotational-frequency setting means 5 and excavation is performed, then from the setting means 5, the output of an engine rotational- frequency setting signal No corresponding to the maximum rotational-frequency is directed to an engine rotational-frequency controlling means 6. After that, from the controlling means 6, the output of engine rotational-frequency command signal Nr is directed to a driving means 7 and a hydraulic pump controlling means 16. Then, by the driving means 7, according to the signal Nr, a governor 8 is driven at maximum, and an engine 1 is rotated at maximum, and a main hydraulic pump 2 and a pilot pump 3 are driven. By the desired discharge quantity setting means of the controlling means 16, according to the signal Nr, a desired discharge quantity is set, and the output of driving signal is directed to the pumps 2, 3. Besides, from the pumps 2, 3, via a control valve 4, pressure oil is fed to an actuator. |
