<p>PURPOSE:To make resin flow well and to eliminate defective by providing fine irregularities having air vent function to a contact part with a die at an end of a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 2 where a coil 3 is wound around is provided inside dies 5, 6, 8, 9. Resin 4 is injected from a runner between the die 8 and the die 9. Gas inside the die is discharged as shown by an arrow to a space inside the bobbin 2 from a fine clearance between dies 5, 6 and fine irregularities 7 of the bobbin 2. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate abnormal rise of an internal pressure inside the bobbin 2, to make the resin 4 flow well, to make the resin 4 attach to the bobbin 2 well and to prevent generation of defective.</p> |
