PURPOSE:To facilitate an adjustment for the upper and lower positions of a ceiling member in conformity with the upper and lower positions of a driver's seat by constructing cross-direction supports for supporting the ceiling member for covering the upper portion of the driver seat therewith with a lower member and a upper member slidably supported on the lower member. CONSTITUTION:A forward and backward type agricultural tractor is provided freely to be changed in its position on the upper side of a hydraulic device 9 such that a driver's seat 11 is positioned rearwardly and downwardly in its forward-directed operation, while it is provided on the rear side of a bonnet 7 such that said driver seat is positioned forwardly and upwardly in its backward-directe operation. In addition, a safety frame 14 is provided around the driver's seat 11, which frame is composed of a ceiling member 15 and a pair of right and left cross-direction suports 16, 17 serving to support said ceiling member. Thereupon, the cross-direction supports 16, 17 are composed of cross-direction lower square cylinder members 18, 19 as well as of cross-direction upper square cylinder members 20, 21 supported slidably longitudinally on said lower member. Hereby, the cross-direction upper members 20, 21 are elevated in conformity with a positional change of the driver's seat 11, whereby the upper and lower positions of the ceiling member 15 are made adjustable. |
