PURPOSE:To prevent out of synchronism of a voice frame by using a reception discrimination circuit so as to select a pseudo data fetch timing pulse as a data fetch timing pulse when a voice frame synchronizing signal cannot be received in a timing pulse to be received thereby fetching the pseudo data. CONSTITUTION:When a voice frame synchronizing signal cannot be received in a timing pulse to be received, a reception discrimination circuit 50 gives a selector switching signal 120 to a selector 60 to select a pseudo data fetch timing pulse 100 and outputs it as a data fetch timing pulse 130. Since the pseudo data fetch timing pulse 100 compensates the loss of the pulse by the input of the selector switching signal 120, out of voice frame synchronism is prevented, and a state of ungeneration of a write timing pulse to a memory is avoided. |
