PURPOSE:To suppress generating of wrinkles, by applying initial tension so that width of a shape material becomes a prescribed and normal dimension value, and thereafter, winding the shape material around a prescribed bending die, and executing its tension bend-working. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a shape material are held by chucks 5, 5, and tension is loaded to the shape material by supplying oil pressure to an oil pressure cylinder. Whether a measured value of width of a web 2A coincides with a prescribed and normal dimension W'' or not is discriminated by a comparing device, and at the place where they coincide with each other, oil pressure of the oil pressure cylinder is held. The shape material is moved to a bending die 4A in a state that ths tension remains maintained, subsequently, the shape material is wound around the bending die 4A, bend-working to a bend radius R is executed, and after bending to a prescribed bend angle is ended, the tension is released. |
