<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a golf ball with high impact resilience and excellent flight characteristic by forming a cover covering a core mainly with specific ionomer resin. CONSTITUTION:Annealing treatment is applied to the ionomer resin of a cover covered on a core to change the crystal configuration of the ionomer resin so that the ionomer resin has the first peak at 85-95 deg.C and the second peak at 70-80 deg.C in the crystal fusion behavior when measured by a differential scanning calorimeter. When specific annealing treatment is applied to the ionomer resin of the cover covered on the core, the crystal configuration of the ionomer resin is changed, and the impact resilience of the ionomer resin is improved. A golf ball with high impact resilience is obtained.</p> |
