<p>PURPOSE:To easily bond and fix a coil to the inside of a narrow groove at a core and to obtain a small-sized rotary transformer by a method where in a coil conductor is bonded to the core by using a threadlike adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A coil conductor 3 is bonded to a core 1 by using a threadlike adhesive 13. For example, a cotton thread 11 having a diameter of 50mum is impregnated with a nitrile rubber-based adhesive 12; a drying treatment is executed inside an oven at 100 deg.C for three minutes; a threadlike adhesive 13 having a diameter of about 200mum is formed. The threadlike adhesive 13 is put into annular grooves 2a, 2b at a ring-shaped core 1 composed of a ferrite. Coils 3a, 3b are arranged on it; they are bonded by using a hot press under conditions at a pressure of 2kg/cm<2>, at 120 deg.C and for 15 seconds; a rotary transformer 14 is obtained. The coils 3a, 3b are formed as follows: a copper wire is coated with an insulating layer; a melted and bonded layer is formed on it; and adjacent wires are melted and bonded and fixed by the melted and bonded layer.</p> |
