PURPOSE:To increase a quantity of resin adherence per one coating process, and enable temperature control to be performed at which coated film cracks are likely to be reduced by repeatedly effecting a process wherein an impregnated fiber base material is passed through a heating furnace set at a temperature of the melting point or lower of fluorocarbon resin, and then passing the impregnated fiber base material through a heating furnace set at a temperature of the melting point or higher of the fluorocarbon resin. CONSTITUTION:The same fluorocarbon resin dispersion is put unto either of two baths 4. A drying furnace 3 is divided into two areas such as low temperature area and a middle temperature area, and the temperature setting of the low temperature area is made into 50-120 deg.C and the temperature setting of the middle temperature is made into 150-220 deg.C. A baking furnace 2 is controlled into a temperature of 280-380 deg.C. After a glass cloth 1 is immersed into the first bath 4, it is passed through a drying furnace 3 without using of a hackling rod, and after soaked into the second bath 4, excess resin is scratched off by a doctor bar, following this, it is passed through the drying furnace 3 and baking furnace 2 and then wound up on around a winding part 7. By repeating this coating process twice, fluorocarbon resin prepreg is obtained, wherein there is no coated film cracks thereon and the resin content is 70wt.%. |
