PURPOSE:To handle wide-range operator's requests by analyzing operation data which are stored up to the interruption of operation when the operation is interrupted and judging operation that an operator requests, and preparing and offering an operation manual for carrying on the operation to the operator. CONSTITUTION:Each of communication process parts FCU1 - FCUn is equipped with a network control part 11, a modem 12, a communication control part 13, a manual generation buffer 14, an encoding and decoding part 15, a channel control part 16, a control program storage part 17, an OMR process part 18, a data storage part 19, a storage memory 20, an instruction information storage part 21, a system information storage part 22, an editing control part 23, a bus control part 24, etc. In this case, when operation data sent from a communication terminal is broken halfway and a request for an operation manual is made, the data which are stored in the data storage part 19 up to the interruption are analyzed to read explanation data required to carry on the operation out of the instruction information storage part 21 and the data are edited and generated as the operation manual on the manual preparation buffer 14. Consequently, wide-range operator's requests can be handled. |
