<p>PURPOSE:To enable inspection of a multitude of inspecting body efficiently by applying X-rays generated by a single X-ray generation means to a multitude of inspecting bodies simultaneously and detecting the scattered X-rays and penetrated X-rays. CONSTITUTION:The X-ray radiated from an X-ray tube 3 is formed into pencil shaped beams by means of a collimator 5(5a, 5b) put at the lower portion and, are applied to inspecting bodies A and B carried by belt conveyers 11a and 11b which are shielded 13. A central controller 19 forms images on the basis of detected signals from back end scatter detectors 7a and 7b provided below the device 5 and front end penetration detectors 9a and 9b which detects X-rays penetrating the inspecting bodies A and B from below and outside, and displays the image of the detectors 7a and 7b on a display 21a and the image of the detectors 9a and 9b on a display 21b. By this, one X-ray generator enables non-destructive inspection for two devices.</p> |
