Building facade component with solar heat exchanger - uses breast panels to form closed exchange circuit with interposed insulated ventilated condenser

The facade component for curtain walls consists of fireproof heat insulating breast panels and an inside mounted heat exchanger connected to a heat carrier medium line. The exchanger forms a closed heat exchange circuit in conjunction with a second solar collector unit (10) arranged on the outside of the panelling (2). The solar collector is covered by a glass frontage (12). The inner exchanger (13) is vertically offset upwards relative to the outside exchanger (10). The outside exchanger acts as a driver and the inside exchanger as the evaporator in an absorption cooling circuit. The condenser (25) for this circuit is placed between the panels and heat insulated from the outside exchanger but at the same time ventilated.
