<p>In an Al bottleneck foil or label having a lye-resistant surface film on both sides, at least the foil side to be bonded to the carrier side contains >=1 substance, (I), generating or promoting a washing activity in the presence of water. The foil or label is used as a decorative foil in beer bottles, medicine containers, etc., and for marking and indicating the price of industrial or domestic glasses. On washing before container re-use, the Al foils are loosened and the labels are removed with the washing soln. Al dissolution is prevented, together with associated hazards., e.g. pollution and H2 generation.</p> |
