PURPOSE:To eliminate finishing and obtain a high quality easily paintable shaped body concerned at high yield by a method wherein an upper part and a lower part are formed out of thermoplastic synthetic resin material and heat- fused with each other and, in addition, non-rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin surface layer is produced on them. CONSTITUTION:An upper part 1 and a lower part 2 are produced by injecting thermoplastic synthetic resin material. From the material point of view, resin having high heat resistance is preferably used. Under the condition that the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are set in fixing jigs 3 and 4 and the surface layers at the ends of the part are thermally melted the jigs 3 and 4 are closed together and held under pressure so as to be integrally fixed together. The parts are inserted in an injection mold under the condition that burrs are held as they are developed at the integrating surfaces so as to inject non-rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin material in order to produce surface layer, resulting in allowing to obtain a hollow non-rigid air-spoiler-shaped body. |
