摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize an adsorbing tower, by constituting a regeneration process alternately performed along with a drying process for dehumidifying compressed gas by adsorption of a heating regeneration process and a cooling regeneration process and operating the cooler in a specific tower at the time of the cooling regeneration process. CONSTITUTION:The high temp. emitted air from a gas compressor 50 is recirculated through the heating pipe 7b of an adsorbing tower B in a regeneration process to reach a precooler 21 and precooled to be introduced into a freezing cooler 22. Subsequently, the cooled air enters an adsorbing tower A in a drying process and passes through an adsorbing bed 6a to be escaped to an outlet pipe 27a. The air becomes dried compressed air during this period to be supplied to the outside of the apparatus system. At this time, a part of the dried compressed air is branched to flow to a lower gap 13b and rises through the adsorbing bed 6b on a regeneration side. Then, a heating regeneration process is finished and the supply of a current to the cooler in the tower on the regeneration side is stopped. The evaporation part 1b of a heat pipe is allowed to communicate with a condensing part 2b and a current is supplied to a cooling fan 26 to promote the heat radiation of the condensing part 2b. By this method the adsorbing bed 6b raised in temp. in the heating regeneration process is cooled by low temp. branched dry air and the central part of the tower is rapidly cooled by the heat pipe.</p>
