<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high speed oscillation signal of two times the ordinary limitation by using the same oscillation circuit and as keeping the same characteristic by adding the differential output of an oscillation circuit by a two-input adder, and performing the waveform shaping of addition output by a comparator. CONSTITUTION:The comparator 6 is formed by attaching the two-input adder 4, and setting the addition output V23 obtained at a terminal 23 as input on one side, and setting the voltage Vr of a reference voltage source 5 as the input on the other side. Also, it is equipped with diodes 8, 9, resistors 10, 11, NPN transistors 13-15, and constant current sources 19, 20. In such a way, the cycle of the addition output is reduced to 1/2 the original cycle by providing the two-input adder and adding the differential output, and oscillation output of double frequency can be obtained by performing the waveform shaping.</p> |
