MUTUAL CERTIFICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To reduce the procedure of a protocol by providing this mutual certification system with the 1st ciphering means and the 1st comparing means for comparing a random number R' obtained from an information processor with a formed random number R and allowing an information body and the information processor to mutually access in accordance with the results of respective comparing means. CONSTITUTION:The information processor 110 decodes received connection data Eks[R ID] by the 2nd decoding means 115 based upon a cession key ks formed by a key forming means 116. A separating means 114 separates the decoded data RIIID into a random number R' and inherent data ID' and the 2nd comparing means 117 compares the inherent data ID' with the first received inherent data ID to certificate an information body 100. The body 100 compares the received random number R' with a random number R formed from a random number forming means 106 by the 1st comparing means 107 to certificate the information processor 110. Consequently the load of the information processor 110 can be reduced by utilizing ID and mutual certification can be executed by the protocol whose processing volume is reduced.
