New hybrid cell lines producing MABS to equine interferon-beta - for diagnosis of EQIFN-bets esp. enzyme immunoassays or therapy

New hybrid cell line produces monoclonal antibodies (MAb) of high affinity and selectivity for equine interferon (EIFN) beta, esp. beta1. MAb themselves are also new. MAb have no significant cross-reactivity with human IFN-beta. USE/ADVANTAGE - MAb are useful as diagnostic agents, for detection, assay and purification (by affinity chromatography) of EIFNbeta, for drug targetting.
