<p>Disclosed is an aqueous composition containing a quaternary ammonium halide wherein at least 75 weight % of the alkyl groups are C14-alkyl groups, a C1 to C6 polyhydric alcohol, and a material selected from the group consisting of a C10 to C18 primary aliphatic alcohol, an ethoxylated alkyl phenol having the formula: R-C6H4(OC2H4)nOH where R is C7-10 alkyl and n is 8-10, an ethoxylated aliphatic alcohol having the formula: R-(CH2CH2O)nOH wherein R is C8-20 alkyl or C8-20 alkenyl and n is 4-20, a polypropylene glycol aliphatic ether having the formula: CH3CHOH(CH2OCHCH3)nCH2O-R wherein R is C8-20 alkenyl and n is 10-15, urea, a C8 to C14 fatty acid, mineral oil, and mixtures thereof.</p> |
