PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film having excellent transparency, resistance to tearing, anti-stick quality, slip properties, heat shrinkability, high- temperature resistance, tensile strength, and heat-sealing characteristics, etc., and appropriate nerve, which can be orientated in a wide rage from low temperature to high temperature without breaking of film during orientation. SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable film has at least three layers of laminated construction comprising an interlayer and both outer layers. The interlayer is formed of resin composition containing 50-95 wt.% super-low density straight- chain ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, 5-30 wt.% polypropylene, and 0-20 wt.% specific ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. And the outer layers are formed of specific ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, where the melting point (MP, deg.C) and vinyl acetate content (VA, wt.%) satisfy the relational expression indicated as follows: MP>114-1.44 VA and weight-average molecular weight/number- average molecular weight is less than 4.0.
