<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving gear suited by an actual condition in automobile operation. SOLUTION: A device has a torque converter 2 provided with an engine 1, input shaft 5a, and an output shaft 5b continuously in a drive direction, and a continuously variable transmission device 3 provided with a primary/secondary shaft 3b, 3c. Relating to a driving gear able to transmit torque by utilizing friction force between these torque converter and transmission device. By combination of the engine 1 and the torque converter 2, nominal torque generated in the primary shaft of the transmission device 3 is larger than maximum slip torque of the transmission device 3, in the driving gear, a torque limiter device 6, 8, 9 is provided, this device acts in a part 7 of the driving gear, during operation, by combination of the engine 1 and the torque converter 2, actually generated torque in the primary shaft 3b of the transmission device 3 is limited.</p> |
