METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYAMIDE SPUN-LIKE TEXTURED YARN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyamide spun-like textured yarn in which filaments are strongly interlaced with each other to give excellent shape stability and uniform loop fuzz and which is suitable to develop the good bulkiness and core-free feeling of the yarn in a fabric. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyamide spun-like textured yarn comprises subjecting two polyamide multi filaments having birefringence (Δn) of 30×10-3 to 60×10-3 to a simultaneous drawing and false-twisting treatment in the false-twisting number of 20000/D1/2 to 30000/D1/2 (T/M) and in draw ratio difference of >=0.05 between the two filament yarns, forming yarn length difference of 2 to 7% between the two yarns, and continuously subjecting the obtained yarn to a fluid stirring treatment under overfeeding rate of >=8% to form interlaced portions and loop fuzz on the whole body of the yarn.
