PURPOSE: A method for pretreating special metals and sintered alloy using ultrasonic waves is provided to reduce pretreatment time by using an ultrasonic pretreatment unit, and contribute to cost reduction by minimizing the amount of acid and alkali reagents used. CONSTITUTION: In a method for wet pretreating the dissolved special metals and sintered alloy at a hot plate after dissolving special metals and sintered alloy into hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, the method for pretreating special metals and sintered alloy using ultrasonic waves comprises the process of pretreating the special metals and sintered alloy that are dissolved into hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid through an ultrasonic pretreatment unit after dissolving special metals and sintered alloy into hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, wherein the pretreating step comprises the steps of continuously cooling the special metals and sintered alloy dissolved into hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid at 300 W for 4 to 5 minutes and at 0 W for 1 to 2 minutes at an ordinary temperature, and ultrasonic treating the cooled special metals and sintered alloy at 400 W for 4 to 5 minutes and at 650 W for 4 to 5 minutes, the ultrasonic pretreatment unit has 90 to 100 mL of container volume, 100 bars of pressure and 1000 W of magnetron power, and the pretreatment temperature is 260 to 300 deg.C.
