摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge electrode of a three-dimensional shape which effectively and stably discharges electricity and to efficiently remove hazardous materials stably for a long period by utilizing a relation between the discharge light from the discharge electrode and a photocatalyst. SOLUTION: The discharge electrode is an electrode of a three-dimensional shape and is an electrode body 3 formed of conductive foil to a honeycomb shape. The shape viewed from the front and back is a honeycomb shape and the electrode is so formed that gas containing the hazardous materials can pass from the front to the back direction. The flank of the electrode is covered by a conductive outer frame 4 and the electrode has a prescribed depth width in the back direction from the front of the electrode. The photocatalyst reaction apparatus has at least one set of unit structures 2 each having at least one photocatalyst module 6 deposited with the photocatalyst on a ceramic substrate of a three-dimensional network structure and honeycomb electrodes 5 of which at least one of a pair of the electrodes grasping the photocatalyst module 6 is composed of the conductive outer frame 4 and the honeycomb-shaped electrode body 3.
