PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conductive layer having a constant thickness without a gap. SOLUTION: A coating layer 21 is formed on a front face of a wood plate 19. The coating layer 21 is formed by spraying a clear coating on the front face of the wood plate 19, and a conductive layer 22 is formed on a front face of the coating layer 21 by spraying a conductive coating. In this structure, unevenness and ducts on the front face of the wood plate 19 are filled with the coating layer 21. Thus, coating specks generated on the conductive coating is inhibited, and the conductive coating is prevented from being sucked in the ducts. Thereby, the conductive layer 22 having the constant thickness t2 without a gap is formed.
