<p>PURPOSE:To precisely detect the warpage of hot rolling steel strip in spite of the working environment by detecting the warpage generated in the case that the steel strip is hot rolled by utilizing the infrared ray. CONSTITUTION:At the time of hot rolling the steel slab S of high temperature with rolling rolls 1, 1, the temperature of the upper warped part SB of the rolled steel is detected with the infraredray sensor set toward the upper side of the passing through line of the steel slab S, and its detected temperature is inputted to the arithmetric unit 3. The warpage of the steel strip is detected precisely by comparing it with the detected level set preliminarily for every steel kind of rolled stocks with this arithmetric unit 3, and the reverse command is outputted to the driving motor 4 of the rolling rolls 1, 1, to prevent the damage of the rolling roll 1, 1 and the formation of the warpage over than it is prevented.</p> |
