<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooking system capable of wholly evenly balancing well seasoning and boiled rice, making diffusion of moisture from boiled rice sufficient, and producing boiled rice without stickiness. <P>SOLUTION: This rice cooking system using a plurality of rice kettles and performing rice cooking with each of the rice kettles has a first device for adding seasoning liquid and a second device for adding seasoning liquid on a stirring/cooling line. The rice cooking system has a control device which controls the first device and the second adding device so as to add part of the whole amount of seasoning to be added to the boiled rice after boiling, when boiled rice taken out from the rice kettle reaches a position of the first device, and to add the remaining part of the whole amount of seasoning to be added to the boiled rice after boiling, when the boiled rice reaches a position of the second device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
