PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure supporting construction capable of securing a sufficient bearing strength of a structure. SOLUTION: A flange 27 is provided on the top end of a lower core supporting column 25, and the flange 27 is provided with a cooling medium passage hole 28 communicating with a cooling medium passage hole 26 formed in a lower core supporting plate 15 and a bolt hole 30 communicating with a bolt hole 29 formed in the lower core supporting plate 15.
