COMPUTATION PROGRAM AND DESIGN METHOD FOR THE CASTABLE SLOT OF THE DIECASTING MOTOR ROTOR

A method and a computer for designing a die-casted rotor slot of a motor are provided to prevent bad molding by reflecting a reference capable of quantitatively determining probability of die-casting to a design step. A data unit(30) stores numeric values of rotator slots of various kinds of motors, a critical coagulation coefficient, and various kinds of programs and data. An operation processor(40) calculates the coagulation coefficient of the rotator slot by using the data stored in the data unit and determines die-casting probability by comparing the coagulation coefficient with the critical coagulation coefficient. An input unit(50) enables a user to input the data to a design system. An output unit(60) displays a data input process and a calculation result.
