<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecule analyzer capable of certainly filling buffer solution to an electrophoresis channel even if the viscosity of the buffer solution is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The biomolecule analyzer has a plate for biomolecule analysis that has a reference position marker showing the reference position of a rotation angle and at least one electrophoresis channel connected to a chamber holding the buffer solution, a rotating means for rotating the plate for biomolecule analysis, a controlling means for controlling the rotation means, a light source for irradiating the electrophoresis channel, and a channel filling monitoring means that compares the integrated value of the reflected light from the electrophoresis channel by the light source with a predetermined value and sends a command for stopping the rotating means to the controlling means when the integrated value is the predetermined value or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
