The present invention relates to a vertical shaft construction method where a plurality of vertical shaft modules (100) are stacked to be coupled. The vertical shaft construction method comprises: a lower guide member preparation step of preparing a lower side coupling unit (510), a lower side extension unit (520), and a lower side guide member (500); an upper side guide member preparation step of preparing an upper side coupling unit (610), an upper side extension unit (620), and an upper side guide member (600) having an insertion hole (630); a first vertical shaft module installation step of installing a first vertical shaft module (100A); a guide member coupling step of enabling the lower side guide member (500) to be coupled to an upper end extension unit (113A); and a module coupling step of enabling a protruding unit (530) to be inserted into the insertion hole (630) of the upper side guide member (600). Therefore, the vertical shaft construction method can significantly reduce a construction period.
