Provided is a wireless control device showing voice, a motion, or an image which responds to or does not respond to a command of a user and controlling an outer device in accordance with the command of the user. According to an embodiment, the wireless control device is formed in the shape of a flowerpot. The wireless control device includes: a main body; and an indicator installed in the main body in the shape of at least one among a stem, a leaf, a flower, and a tree and showing the motion corresponding to the voice which a voice recognition unit recognizes. The main body is formed in the shape of the flowerpot and includes: the voice recognition unit; a control unit generating a signal to control a control subject which the voice recognized by the voice recognition unit designates, in accordance with the voice; and a communication unit outputting the control signal generated in the control unit to the control subject.
