The present invention relates to a two-stage automatic cover structure for a dump truck, which is able to prevent environmental pollution and improve traffic safety. A cover of the cover structure includes a first cover and a second cover. The first cover is rotated by being directly connected with the rotary drive shaft of a motor and the second cover is connected with the first cover through a chain. The first cover comprises: a first cover shaft directly connected with the rotary drive shaft of the motor, and is supported by being combined with a shaft support fixated and installed in a lateral side of the storage box of a dump truck at a predetermined interval; a first cover connector installed in the first cover shaft at a predetermined interval by having a fixed unit strongly combined with the first cover shaft on one side, and having a shaft support of a second cover shaft of the second cover on an other side; and a panel combined with the upper part of a square frame formed with the first cover shaft and the first cover connector. The second cover comprises: a second cover shaft inserted and supported by a shaft support of the second cover shaft of a first cover connector formed at a predetermined interval; the second cover connector installed in the second cover shaft at a predetermined interval by solidly combining one side with the second cover shaft and solidly connecting an other side with a horizontal connector; and a panel combined with an upper part of the square frame formed with the second cover shaft, the horizontal connector, and the second cover connector. The present invention is combined with a chain connecting a fixed sprocket combined with the second cover shaft with a rotary sprocket combined with the first cover shaft in order to be linked with the rotary motion of the first cover; and includes an elastic joint cover which is attached to a joint unit connecting the first cover with the second cover. The panel is attached to the upper part of each connector by a piece by including a carbon fiber reinforcement plastic sheet and a reinforcement edge surrounding the edge of the panel. |
