PURPOSE:To realize a broad and accurate dynamic range with simple constitution by obtaining linearity of pulse output and analogue output at the time of high incidence with the aid of a structural ratio of the isotope of an element to be measured in a (J) specimen. CONSTITUTION:An element in which plural isopopes exist is analyzed as a specimen to be measured, and a count value Pn of a pluse counter 22 to concentration C and a detected current value In via an analogue electrometer 24 are actually measured. A Lowered part due to Pn/In saturation is determined to be memorized in a pulse output correction circuit 23. A Pn/In value after correction in the circuit 23 is made a coefficient, in conversion from analogue current to a pulse number, to be memorized in a multiplier 26. An actual measured value of the specimen to be measured is corrected by adding the lowered part ALPHAP due to saturation to a measured pulse rate P, and also an analogue is multiplied by a coefficient to be converted into a pulse ratio. This enables the correction of pulse output at the time of high incidence, obtaining the linearity of pulse output and analogue output, and realizing a broad dynamic range. |
