The present invention relates to an opening and closing valve with an opening and closing film having a filtering function including the opening and closing film made of a bio metal or rubber and having a filtering film, filtering foreign materials in normal times, and allowing a fluid to flow by opening a passage when pressure at or above a predetermined level is applied by the fluid or when reaching a predetermined temperature or a predetermined temperature range. The opening and closing valve with an opening and closing film having a filtering function includes: a valve body connected to a middle part of a pipe; and the opening and closing film which is either made of rubber and allowing the fluid to flow by being widened when pressure at or above a predetermined level is applied by the fluid while blocking the passage inside the valve body, or made of a bio metal and allowing the fluid to flow by being widened at or above a predetermined temperature or at or below a predetermined temperature when the temperature is increased or decreased by the fluid while blocking the passage inside the valve body.
