METHOD FOR PREPARING MFI-TYPE ZEOLITE FOR FORMING ANTI-REFLECTION LAYER OF SOLAR CELL MODULE AND MFI-TYPE ZEOLITE MANUFACTURED THEREBY

The present invention relates to a preparation method of MFI-type zeolite for forming an anti-reflection layer, a zeolite for forming the anti-reflection layer prepared thereby, a windshield having the anti-reflection layer containing the same and a solar cell module containing the same. The preparation method comprises the steps of: (a) adding a silica precursor to a solution containing a template, followed by stirring, to produce a reaction solution; (b) distilling the reaction solution under reduced pressure and concentrating the same; and (c) subjecting the concentrated solution to hydrothermal synthesis at 100-170°C for 1-5 hours, to produce a MFI-type silicallite. According to the present invention, the spherical MFI-type zeolite thus prepared has a uniform particle size distribution, and can be advantageously used to produce an anti-reflection layer for solar cell modules that has an excellent anti-reflection property with respect to sunlight, excellent mechanical properties, and antibacterial and soil-resistant properties.
