The invention concerns a method comprising the following steps: providing a hot pressing mould, said mould comprising a die (2) and a punch (3) defining a moulding cavity (4) sealed by closing said mould, said punch or said die having a face (5) provided with graining; arranging, between said die and said punch, stacked in sequence, a permeable coating layer (6), a permeable structural and sound absorption layer (7) capable of being moulded by hot pressing and a sealed thermoplastic film (8), said coating layer being turned towards said face, said layers being at a temperature at which they can be moulded; closing said mould in such a way as to seal said cavity; applying a pressurised gas at the side of said film, in such a way as to press said film against said structural layer in order to compress it and in such a way as to press said coating layer against said face in order to provide it with graining; after cutting around the periphery, demoulding the obtained panel (1). |
