<p>PURPOSE:To restrain the drift of resistance due to a heat shock caused by rapid cooling into water from 400 deg.C in developing a platinum temperature sensor having a high mechanical strength, good workability, and excellent heat-shock resistance. CONSTITUTION:On a porcelain-enamel base plate in which a porcelain-enamel layer consisting of porcelain-enamel glass is coated on a metal plate 1, glass paste that is the main component of porcelain-enamel glass and that does not contain magnesium oxide being the cause of reducing the resistance temperature coefficient is printed and baked at 850 deg.C to form an under-glaze layer 3. Then, a platinum film 4 is formed on the under-glaze layer 3. By the above structure, the stresses to be caused in the platinum film by a heat shock can be reduced, and a platinum temperature sensor excellent in heat-shock resistance can be obtained.</p> |
