PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of outputted data and data outputting time by only accumulating data from the commencement to the end set by a condition setting section in a conditional accumulating section. CONSTITUTION:An accumulating section 3 unconditionally accumulates required data of the data inputted and outputted between a facility 1 and input-output section 2. On the other hand, a conditional accumulating section 4 accumulates the data having conditions against the accumulated data outputted to an external data processor 7 in accordance with the set condition of a condition setting section 6. In other words, the accumulation starting and ending timing is controlled by the section 4 in accordance with the condition established/ nonestablished data received by the section 4 from the section 6 and accumulated conditional data are prepared by accumulating the data during a set period of time. After the data are prepared, a data output section 5 outputs the data to a data processor 7 after edition. The processor 7 prepares various kinds of data by using the accumulated conditional data and outputs the prepared data to a printer or display. |
